You’ll want to know where the counselling takes place, where to park, and the various fees for Introductory, Regular, or Supervision sessions.

Introductory Session

Time: 30 to 50 minutes
Cost: £25

What happens?

In the first session we’ll get to know each other and discuss your goals for the counselling, confidentiality and boundaries, and any pertinent medical or background information. At the end of the session, should you wish to continue with counselling,  we’ll discuss an approach to working together with an an agreed aim and an initial suggested number of sessions.

In the sessions following the introductory session, we work towards the agreed aims.

Note that concessions are available for student counsellors, and may be available for other reasons; please enquire if you are concerned about ability to pay.

Supervision Sessions

Supervision is generally 1 x 90 mins session per month but telephone counsellors may prefer 2 x 45 mins sessions per month. This can be discussed.
