You’ll want to know where the counselling takes place, where to park, and the various fees for Introductory, Regular, or Supervision sessions.
Time: 30 to 50 minutes
In the first session we’ll get to know each other and discuss your goals for the counselling, confidentiality and boundaries, and any pertinent medical or background information. At the end of the session, we’ll discuss an approach to working together with a suggested number of sessions and an agreed aim.
Time: 60 minutes
Cost: £45 per session, or a block of 6 sessions for £230
In the sessions following the introductory session, we work towards the agreed aims.
Note that concessions are available for student counsellors, and may be available for other reasons; please enquire if you are concerned about ability to pay.
Time: 90 minutes per month
Cost: £65 per session
Groups of 2: £35 per person, per session
